Bora downdraft hobs Kent

Bora hobs operate on a simple principle. They nip cooking vapours and odours in the bud by drawing them off where they arise – directly at the cooktop, from the pan, roaster, frying pan or griddle. All the steam, fat and odours are immediately extracted through the centre of the hob where the grease particles released during cooking get trapped in the stainless steel grease filter. Bora liken this to ‘cooking while surrounded by fresh air’. There are many other advantages to Bora hobs too:

Enjoy a better cooking experience
As steam and cooking fumes are extracted through the centre of the hob, whoever is cooking gets a clear view of the pan and its contents. Cleaning is easier too as the air is extracted close to its source rather than through a cooker hood. An added bonus is that there is no cooker hood to clean!

Quiet, economical and cost effective
Bora extractors are incredibly quiet, economical to run and buying a Bora hob can often be more cost effective than buying a hob and cooker hood separately.

Kitchen design flexibility
There’s no need to have a cooker hood above a Bora hob. This opens up new approaches to kitchen design – for instance a Bora hob is easy to accommodate in an island unit. They also save kitchen space without having to make any compromises on convenience or performance.

Induction cooking
For speed, efficiency and a safer way to cook.
