The experience was not a horrific as anticipated thanks to Richard’s help and patience while designing the kitchen, and John’s excellent workmanship and scare while fitting. He certainly is a true ‘Jack of all trades’, from plumbing, to electrical work, to tiling, to dare I say hovering up behind him.,/

Just a note to tell you how delighted we are with our kitchen. From your initial advice to your final visit everything was a s promised. Having taken the decision to use Potts, despite the face you were not our cheapest estimate, we felt we used a high quality company and therefore we were rewarded with a high quality tradesman in John which in our opinion was the most important factor of all. Our small kitchen was certainly been made the most of and appears to be larger despite containing more. The winders of style and colour, the compliments have been continuous!

We recently arrange for the refurbishment of our bathroom through your company and felt I should write to tell you my comments on the service received from Potts and your contracted plumber. Firstly, although I live in London, your designer willingly visited the site together with Simon Cruikshank. This enables us to discuss the best design solution and allowed Simon to check the existing water supply, boiler location etc and provide an accurate estimate of costs.

We then selected the fixtures and fittings from Potts and Simon provided an estimate for the whole job and a start date was agreed.

Simon and his colleagues were punctual, helpful and efficient. They kept to the agreed schedule of time and cost and carried out a highly professional job. We are delighted with the final results . Thank you again for providing such a professional service.

I had an idea in my mind of how I wished it to look and with your help and choice of tiles, we have been able to realise that idea.

Ian and his team have done a superb job installing everything. They were all, without exception, a pleasure to have working in the house (despite the noise and lack of upstairs was facilities) they were all so friendly and obliging.

This is just a short note to express our appreciation of the quality of the bathroom and the installation. The bathroom fittings as supplied by Potts were first class but we also want to add that this was compounded by the quality of the installation by Ian and Nigel who never put a foot wrong and left the place as tidy as when they started. Minor issue discovered with our bathroom floor and wall during fitting were sorted on the spot.

Whilst our previous bathroom (also from Potts) worked wel for 20 years we have high hopes of the same for this one.
